Jack Pendleton was born in Sodus, New York, in 1976 and grew up in the small township of Huron at the southern edge of Lake Ontario. Fascinated by storytelling and illustration, he pursued those interests throughout his academic career, attending the Rochester Institute of Technology, SUNY Geneseo, Empire State University, and graduating summa cum laude from SUNY Oswego with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting and Illustration.

 

When not writing supernatural thriller fiction, Jack is employed full time as the Creative Director at Cengage Group where he leads a team of creatives producing the media assets for online courseware. An avid hiker and explorer of abandoned places, Jack resides in the Capital Region of New York.
